Triumph Lofts, a contemporary residential, mixed-use urban development, had a young, eclectic target market in mind. Brand Bird helped create the look for these modern lofts starting with logo development and stationery. The marketing materials then included a website, brochure, fence banners, sales center displays and marketing signage.
